Customer Service Coordinator II
Job Description:
Education: HS diploma or equivalent required; Associates in business preferred
Experience: 36 years experience with data entry and customer service; SAP experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Customers: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries (i.e. quotations, orders, complaints, information requests, etc.) via phone and email, ensuring all questions and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Demonstrate competency across customers, markets, and segments.

Maintain attention to detail with order entry and updates, including entering orders and quotes, maintaining orders through the shipping process, and updating/changing orders when needed.

Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Technical Support, Product Line Management, Data Management Organization, etc.) to ensure customer requests are handled effectively.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, requests, and actions taken.

Maintain professionalism while working on a fast-paced team with specific service level agreements.
