Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist
Location:Wilton, CT
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Mon to Fri - 8 Am to 1 Pm

Pay Range: $17 - $21/hr. on w2.

Job Summary:
The PSR I serves as the company's first point of contact with patients, providing a professional and caring environment. This role involves drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The PSR I must maintain confidentiality, demonstrate leadership, and follow established procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens (forensic and clinical) per guidelines.

• Create a welcoming and confident environment for patients.

• Maintain required records and documentation.

• Work independently with minimal supervision and perform tasks accurately.

• Ensure a safe, professional, and confidential environment for patients.

• Promote a positive company image to patients, clients, and the public.

Job Requirements:

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric care.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant/paramedic training preferred).

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• 6+ months of experience (1+ years preferred).

• Customer service and data entry experience a plus.
