Title: Global Workplace Experience Brand Manager

Global Workplace Experience Brand Strategy Team plays a pivotal role in both internal and external promotion of the exceptional deliveries of our Real Estate and Workplace Experience teams. The team is responsible for showcasing our commitment to providing a best-in-class workplace experience, highlighting the innovative, inclusive, and sustainable solutions that support our employees' daily needs. Through strategic brand management and effective communication, Global Workplace Experience Brand Strategy team enhances the visibility and reputation of our workplace services, ensuring they are recognized and valued across the organization and the industry, and serve as a leverage for employee attraction and retention.
This contingent worker s Product of responsibilities is to support Global Workplace Experience Brand Strategy Team in everyday delivery of agreed Roadmap and activities supporting Workplace Experience Brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Global remit.
Implement change management and communication activities that highlight our workplace experience achievements and resonate with diverse audiences, focusing on creating a scalable and consistent employee experience globally.
Produce high-quality, engaging content (e.g., articles, videos, presentations) that showcases our workplace strategy and successes.
Oversee the content and promotion of our digital platforms (e.g., intranet, SharePoint).
Contribute to crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate our workplace culture, values (such as bringing your best self to work), and successes.
Curate user-generated content and employee stories to foster a sense of community and engagement.
Contribute annually to the ongoing innovation and improvement of the Employee Experience Brand Strategy.
Support the broader Workplace Experience Team on specific initiatives.

Qualifications:
Be a people-oriented, passionate, independent, and creative thinker, capable of working with both internal and external stakeholders to develop impactful workplace experience brand initiatives.
Take a hands-on approach, acting as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
Leverage data and research to shape compelling narratives.
Possess strong copywriting skills.

Demonstrate strong project management skills and attention to detail.
