Job Title - Senior Executive Assistant
Duration - 6 Months Contract
Location- Detriot, MI
Required Education:
-High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Preferred Education:
-Associates Degree in business or a Productarial field from a business school or college is preferred.
Schedule: Mon - Fri training hours per day 6/2/25-6/14/25 schedule is 7a-3:30 PM EST
6/14/25-11/29/25 schedule is 8:30a-5 PM EST
Duration - 6 Months Contract
Location- Detriot, MI
- Executive Assistant will be responsible for covering one of the Nursing Administrators and the CNO. Responsibilities include: Managing Calendars Setting up Meetings Meeting Minutes Sending out communications to a lot of different groups Drafting Communications Providing Administrative Support Organize Meetings with Multiple Departments
- This person must have 5+ years of Administrative Productary experience being in Healthcare is preferred but not required.
- They will be interacting with people from different departments at all levels including executives and people at the System level.
- They may also cross cover support on the Hospital side which includes the President and CEO.
- They must be very professional in both their appearance and communication.
- They must have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be very friendly, and willing to help.
- They must have experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and outlook. Manager is looking for someone who puts forth a very professional image as they will be the first point of contact for many in interacting with the Department of Nursing.
- Sometimes patient complaints will accidentally come to this office, and this individual will need to take those complaints and address those calls.
- Employees may sometimes come in upset, and this person will need to professionally ask if the person has already addressed this with their manager and redirect them to the appropriate line of escalation.
