Requirements:
- High School diploma - Required
- NBSTSA Certification as a surgical technologist (CST) required
- 2 years of related experience is required
Job Description:
- A healthcare professional who assists during obstetric surgeries, such as C-sections, deliveries, and other gynaecological procedures.
- Set up the surgical area by ensuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterile and organized.
- Prepare the patient by assisting in positioning and ensuring comfort.
- Verify patient identity and surgical procedure to ensure the correct operation is performed
