Job Title: Patient Services Representative II / Phlebotomist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Central Time)
Location: Slidell, LA
Duration: 3 months

Overview:
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the frontline contact for patients, collecting blood specimens for lab testing with accuracy and professionalism. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, excellent patient communication, and attention to detail. The PSR II works independently or in team settings and may be assigned to various locations based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare blood specimens following established procedures

• Ensure accurate patient identification and labeling of samples

• Maintain a safe, professional, and confidential environment

• Deliver high-quality service while managing multiple tasks

• Travel to various locations with minimal notice as needed

• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel required)

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training a plus

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center setting

• Experience in retail or service environments
