Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Location: San Francisco, CA- 94158 (Hybrid)
Job Duration: 10 Months+ (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $47 - $50/hr. on w2
This role is primarily remote; however, there may be occasional onsite requirements, typically on a quarterly basis. These onsite needs are not always known far in advance.
They are looking for a candidate who is comfortable with infrequent travel and is not opposed to coming into the office when needed, though this would be limited and not a regular expectation.

Duties:
- Completes tasks in creative and effective ways. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
- Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
- Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Independently performs administrative tasks.
- Performs general administrative duties providing support to department managers.
- Performs miscellaneous administrative work, including typing, database input and filing.
- Provides coordination and calendar scheduling of meetings, conference calls, off-site events, catering and travel arrangements.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Collect and prepare information for reports.
- Distributes schedules, agendas, meeting minutes and other materials upon request.
- Sets up videoconference equipment.
- Performs other administrative duties and projects as required.
Education:
- Requires a minimum of a High School diploma.
- Equivalent experience may be accepted.
- A minimum of 6 years’ industry experience in office services is required.
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is preferred.
Skills:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, are a must.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Must have an ability to multi-task and comfortable working in ambiguity.
