Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Houston, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3+ Months (Contract)

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I is responsible for providing high-quality phlebotomy services while delivering excellent patient care. This role involves collecting and processing clinical and forensic specimens, maintaining accurate documentation, and creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection (including pediatric and geriatric patients)

• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and data accuracy

• Maintain records and documentation accurately and timely

• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company positively

• Work independently while meeting daily operational goals

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Flexible availability (may include weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call as needed)

• Strong data entry and computer skills

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience required (1+ year preferred)

• Customer service experience preferred
