Shift: Days – 8HR | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Local Pay: $45/hr. on W2
Travel Pay: $2000/weekly (blended)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide Behavioral Health Case Management support in Las Vegas, NV. The LCSW will deliver psychosocial assessments, counseling, and discharge planning while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team. This role requires flexibility, as floating to other connected hospitals may be needed to ensure patient care continuity.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and resource coordination for patients and families.
• Partner with medical, nursing, and case management staff to support safe and timely discharges.
• Link patients and families with community resources to meet ongoing clinical and social needs.
• Document patient interactions, assessments, and care plans in the medical record with accuracy.
• Advocate for patient rights and ensure access to appropriate services.
• Support facility case management policies and state regulatory standards.
• Float to affiliated hospitals when required for coverage.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work – Required.
• Nevada Social Work License (LSW/LCSW/LMSW) – Required.
• Float to affiliated hospitals when required for coverage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting – Required.
