Phlebotomist I - 1st Shift

Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Branford, CT
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $21/hr (W-2)
Duration: 3+ months

Job Overview:
Join our team as a PSR I, the first point of contact for patients. You’ll draw and process blood specimens accurately, provide excellent patient care, and maintain a professional, safe environment. Strong phlebotomy skills and a patient-focused attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw and process clinical and forensic specimens following procedures.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Create a positive, professional experience for patients and clients.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Minimum 6 months experience; 1+ year phlebotomy preferred.

• Excellent customer service and data entry skills.

• Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

• Bilingual required.

• 2025–2026 flu shot preferred.
