Overview:
- The Project Manager for Project Leapfrog will lead strategic execution, project management, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- This role includes feasibility and risk analysis, managing resources and budgets, and regular reporting.
- The Project Manager will align project milestones with business objectives, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance and Leadership:
- Support governance for Project Leapfrog, including updates to the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) and project sponsors, and prepare materials with project leadership.
- Facilitate alignment across teams to streamline project operations.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop, track, and manage the project plan, budget, and timeline to meet key milestones, supporting both sustainment and new therapeutic area (TA) initiatives.
- Design and oversee change management and communication strategies, ensuring clarity across phases.

Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
- Coordinate with stakeholders across pillars and functions, maintaining communication and providing progress updates.
- Prepare and present reports for the CLT, sponsors, and core teams, aligning narratives and key updates with program goals.

Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate critical risks across functions and pillars, ensuring compliance.
- Address issues proactively, tracking progress and resolving interdependencies for smooth project advancement.

Support for Cross-Functional Task Forces:
- Drive the creation and chartering of cross-functional task forces to address emerging issues (e.g., global-local content creation, medical-legal compliance).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with multi-team coordination.
- Expertise in governance, budget management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
