Pay Rate – $57/hr. on W2

Shift:Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM.

Schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours/week, weekends and holidays as needed.
 
Float Position: Not Specified.
On Call Required: No.
Weekends Required: Yes (as needed).
 
Job Summary:

• Provides respiratory therapy under medical direction in the education, treatment, management, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies.
• Performs intubation assistance, ventilator setup, and management.
• Gathers information to evaluate patient needs, including disease education, testing, and consultations with healthcare professionals.
• Develops rapport with patients/caregivers and team members to support care goals.
• Educates patients/caregivers based on identified needs in an understandable manner.
• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
• Adheres to organizational competencies and behavior standards.
• Lifts, pushes, and pulls a minimum of 5 lbs; stands a minimum of 1 hour/day.
• Regularly interacts with medical personnel and visitors.

• Commitment to teamwork and delivering high-quality care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.

• Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license.
• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS – AHA.
• ACLS.
• PALS.
