Qualifications: All applicants will be advised that Client, as a federal contractor, may be required to implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. General Summary This position is responsible for filing and pulling daily warehouse supplies and records request accurately and in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for unload and receiving supplies and stock from our various venders. The associate is responsible for meeting daily demands from all customers. This position is also responsible for sourcing buildings, requisitions, processing returns and fulfilling box orders. Job Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience One year experience in Support or Customer Service Skills/Certifications Experience with MS Office preferred ( Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Must be able to pack and lift boxes weighing at least 50 pounds Must be able to handle a two-wheeler and to safely learn to operate all of the electric powered equipment Ability to handle multiple task Requires standing for long periods of time Requires stooping, reaching and stepping on a step stool or ladder Must be detailed orientated Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet the needs of the business Responsibilities: Job Duties & Responsibilities To locate and pull claims or records upon request through SafR To assist in the packing of files for long term storage To determine the proper file in which to re-file claims or non-claim records To maintain and meet or exceed the quality standards of the Department Daily, this person will need to access the next day s orders through the PeopleSoft system and create the picking plans. To gather, package, label, and consolidate orders for all buildings and district offices from the pick plan generated from PeopleSoft To work as a team member with exceptional attention to detail. To organize and prioritize the daily volume of orders in order to execute this task in an efficient manner. Excellent communication skills are required when communicating with our customers over the telephone. To safely unload and account for accurate receipt of vendor shipments. The ability to have basic math skills and be able to execute accurate counts and inventories. To safely learn to operate all of the electric powered equipment Ensure that all ISO objectives and guidelines are met The ability to learn PeopleSoft and SafR systems The ability to guard the confidentiality of all files.
