The IT Senior Project Manager for the AMI 2.0 Program will lead all phases of the project lifecycle and system integrator engagement activities, including preplanning, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for a major Advanced Metering Infrastructure initiative. This role focuses on resource and task planning, technical blueprinting, business process design, and vendor coordination within a complex IT environment.

Facilitate IT business process mapping and requirements clarification to ensure alignment with functional needs, technical delivery, and IT SI area of responsibility. The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive resource plan based on technical Product, including roles, skillsets, and effort and cost estimates across workstreams (integration, data, infrastructure, and testing).

Will support the development and refinement of a highlevel solution blueprint that defines Product, schedule, and budget from a technical lens integrating infrastructure, data flows, and system interfaces to inform delivery planning.

Plan and coordinate the Planning & Analyze phases, including solution design validation, technical feasibility reviews, and preparation for Build phase activities including, e.g., environment readiness, development sequencing, testing strategy, and deployment rollout.

• Experience managing large IT programs, resource planning, solution blueprinting, implementation planning, and overall endtoend delivery management.
• Largescale IT program/project management in utilities or regulated industries.
• Experience with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure), smart grid, or large Electric Utility technology and infrastructure projects: AMI 1.0 or 2.0 preferred (at minimum some 1.0 exposure).
• Understanding of the metertocash process endtoend.
• Cloud migration/implementation experience (moving from onprem to cloud).
• Experience with system integrations (MDMS, headend systems, OMS, SAP, ADMS).
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge ability to see the big picture and ensure no gaps in delivery.
• Strong communication, problemsolving, and crossfunctional leadership.
• Ability to quickly integrate into a fastpaced, large program, understand their role, absorb information rapidly, and deliver results efficiently with appropriate level of direction and guidance.
• Strong blend of business insight and technical proficiency to bridge the gap between stakeholder needs and technological solutions.
• Ability to work across IT and business processes (not just technical delivery).
• This is a handson role, expected to personally execute daytoday PM deliverables, in addition to overseeing and delegation. Must be adaptable, open to feedback, and able to take on other responsibilities as assigned.

• Experience with utility technology needs, including strategic objectives and areas of investment focus.
• Experience delivering/developing technical information to a nontechnical audience as well as to senior leadership.
• Major data conversion projects (millions of records).
• Proficiency in utilizing data sets (MS Excel & Pivot Tables at minimum) to create and analyze information.
• Experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or strategy/management consulting.

• Bachelors degree in engineering, business, computer science, or other businessrelated disciplines (including liberal arts majors).
