Job Duration: 2 Months+
 
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, 40 hrs/week
 
Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hr. on W2
 
Position Summary:
Perform clerical and administrative duties to support office operations. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, reception, scheduling meetings, and correspondence preparation. Provides excellent customer service and interacts professionally with staff and patients. Uses Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
 
Duties:
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, reception, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, and operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier).
  • Maintain a typing speed of 50 keystrokes per minute.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Liaison with nurses, physicians, and staff, interacting with patients throughout the day.
  • General data entry and clerical support functions as needed.
Experience:
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in clerical or administrative roles.
  • Proficient Excel skills (creating spreadsheets, formulas, running reports).
  • Financial experience preferred.
  • PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with executive leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
