Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (NICU – Traveler)
Location: Reno, NV 89511
Contract Length: 3 + Months (Possible Extension)

Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Nights) | On-Call: As needed
 
Pay Rate:

• Local: $64/hr on W2
• Travel: $2,451.79/ Weekly Gross | Stipend: $1,443.79/Weekly

 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Respiratory Therapist with strong Level III NICU and Critical Care experience for a nightshift travel assignment. This role delivers advanced respiratory and cardiopulmonary care across neonatal and adult populations in a high-acuity environment.
 
Certifications & Licensure (Required):

• RRT credential
• ABG License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (all required)

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory care per physician orders
• Perform diagnostic testing and analyze cardiopulmonary data
• Manage mechanical ventilation and artificial airways
• Apply and monitor medical gases and ventilatory support systems
• Provide neonatal and adult respiratory therapy across care settings
• Participate in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and patient education
• Support emergency and critical care situations
• 3+ years Level III NICU experience
