Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment support across the organization. This includes sourcing and recruiting licensed and non-licensed medical professionals, corporate staff, leadership, and other roles as assigned. The TA Partner collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective, innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Building strong relationships with operational managers and candidates is key to creating both immediate and long-term talent pipelines.

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment support across the organization. The TA Partner collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective, innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Building strong relationships with operational managers and candidates is key to creating both immediate and long-term talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor targeted candidate search campaigns using diverse internet search engines and recruiting tools to identify high-quality candidates.
- Innovate sourcing methods to generate candidate pools for open positions and strategic talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective recruitment.
- Deliver pre-screened, qualified active and passive candidates for hiring managers.
- Conduct candidate and hiring manager follow-up to maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruiting data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage applicants for assigned positions, including interviewing, screening, and referring candidates.
- Support Talent Acquisition planning, process improvement, and reporting under the guidance of the TA Director.
- Lead online recruitment strategies including job postings, social media, agency partnerships, and recruitment events (both virtual and in-person).
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and candidate research to identify the best talent fit.
- Provide on-site recruitment support and lead interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Summarize interview feedback and facilitate timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Monitor and manage offer negotiation processes, acting as a neutral liaison to resolve issues and ensure timely acceptance.
- Maintain exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and career days, preparing materials and engaging with potential candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (Oracle preferred) and other HR systems effectively.
- Advise and educate managers on recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Provide backup support for onboarding or assist TA Specialists as needed.
- Participate in HR database management, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Uphold organizational values, comply with regulatory standards, and meet recruitment performance goals such as sourcing targets, time-to-fill, and conversion rates.
- Perform other duties and support additional recruitment activities as assigned.
