Enrollment Coordinator
Tittle: Enrollment Coordinator
Location : Scottsdale Client 85260
Duration : 6 Months
Shift :
Mon-Fri 8:30-5 - 1st day we have them come in at 10:00AM MT.
Position Summary:
The Enrollment Coordinator III plays a key role in supporting new member clients by determining eligibility and performing various enrollment-related activities. This position requires effective communication with individual plan members as well as employer groups. A strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer service is essential to ensure successful client enrollment and retention. The Enrollment Coordinator III reports directly to the Enrollment Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:

Open and process incoming mail, scan documents, and update Excel spreadsheets with member data from scans, emails, and incoming faxes.

Review and interpret claims data across multiple adjudication platforms in support of Medicare Part D Coordination of Benefits (COB)/Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) operations.

Collaborate on various tasks and projects within the COB/MSP team.

Communicate clearly and effectively in both individual and group settings.

Develop action plans, prioritize assignments, and complete tasks within defined timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with Medicare Part D enrollment processes and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.

Prior experience in a regulatory, healthcare, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) environment preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated accountability, dependability, and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Ability to adapt during periods of change while contributing positively to team morale.

Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confident in making informed decisions within strict deadlines.
Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED required
