Your Role in our Mission:

*** Inc. is seeking a Client Services Project Support Associate who will play a key role in our mission to promote global health, environmental cleanliness, and safety. In this position, you will work closely with collaborators to provide outstanding project management support, ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients and internal project teams to ensure the success of studies, which may involve attending meetings at various locations.
• Set up and maintain study filing systems and accurate records, adhering strictly to quality management systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely execution of all Client activities to meet customer and study requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate relevant activities both internally and externally to ensure readiness for study start or customer requirements.
• Use project planning tools to track achievements and critical path activities.
• Build and maintain operational documentation within internal systems, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
• Provide backup support to the Project Team, ensuring continuous project momentum.
• Collect and process study information to support supply chain activities, including setting up and maintaining distribution systems and shipping documentation.
• Support study maintenance activities such as managing incoming goods, kitting, distribution order maintenance, and returns from clinical sites.
• Apply GXP in all areas of responsibility.

As Demonstrated By:

Project Management

• Demonstrated understanding of project plans and timelines with a proven track record for task delivery to meet goals.
• Knowledge of inventory and billing principles, good documentation practices, and report generation.
• Identify and address project challenges, collaborating with team members or management to resolve issues.
• Provide backup to senior Project Managers in planning and coordinating team activities, timelines, and results.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Client's solutions portfolio and industry strategy.
• Partner with team members on special projects, generating reports, meeting agendas, minutes, scenario planning, timeline monitoring, and system management.

Technical Knowledge

• Perform basic data analysis functions with senior team assistance to ensure successful project results and customer happiness.
• Record and track project data efficiently, maintaining accountability for data accuracy, reporting, and timeliness.

Project Management Leadership

• Seek mentorship and guidance to develop and strengthen project management skills.
• Communicate information promptly, understand boundaries, respect differences, and address challenges appropriately.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 2+ years of relevant client-facing work experience.


Must be able to work remotely, full time 40 hours per week. CST or EST preferred. Standard Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
