PSC Greeter
Job Title: Patient Service Center (PSC) Front Office Associate
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: M-F 6am-3pm
Overview:
Seeking a customer-focused front office associate to support PSC operations. Responsibilities include assisting patients with kiosk check-in, handling inquiries, basic clerical work, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA. Must be reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is not a traditional front desk position but does involve direct patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with kiosk check-in

Provide exceptional customer service

Perform clerical tasks: data entry, filing, faxing, mail prep

Manage insurance documentation and payment processing

Answer phones professionally and resolve inquiries

Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow internal procedures

Maintain office supplies and assist with stocking

Support multiple sites as needed; may be cross-trained for PSR I role
Qualifications:
Required:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
1+ year customer service experience
-
Reliable personal transportation
Preferred:
-
Experience with data entry, keyboarding, or PC systems
-
Familiarity with medical terminology (a plus)
