Location: Beaverton, OR 97005
Duration: 6 Months+ contract (Possible Extension)
Note: Only candidates with DEEP Qualtrics and Client administration expertise will be considered.
Work Schedule: Hybrid – Monday to Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineer with specialization in Qualtrics. On our team, you will play a key role in a high-priority, high-visibility Qualtrics transformation for the enterprise.
Responsibilities include stakeholder and vendor management, advanced survey builds, custom dashboards and reporting, automation workflows, change management, quality assurance, conversational NLP, and sentiment analysis.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualtrics subject matter expert who's comfortable innovating creative solutions alongside a team of other Qualtrics experts and is prepared to hit the ground running on day one.

- Qualtrics certification is nice to have, but not required.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics.
- 5+ years of experience with other backend/full stack software engineering.
- Experience in backend/full stack software engineering.
Top Skills:
- “Expert” level Qualtrics experience, particularly in the CX and Client spaces.
- Project management experience, including stakeholder management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills – should be able to deliver a demo to a non-technical audience.
- Highly organized, self-starter, and capable of multitasking.
- Experience with Qualtrics Client or conversational analytics programs is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Qualtrics consultation on survey design and execution, including survey flow, question design, data analysis, and dashboard design.
- Work with stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop survey projects that meet those needs.
- Serve as Qualtrics subject matter expert, conducting demos for Client teams across the enterprise.
- (Nice to have) Construct data pipelines using tools like Databricks and Snowflake.
- Use Python and SQL for data handling and development.
- Develop documentation for non-experienced Qualtrics users.
- Conduct project management activities such as scoping, scheduling, time management, and risk management to ensure successful completion of the Qualtrics transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Qualtrics for survey design and delivery, including survey flow, question design, data analysis, and dashboard development.
- Proven project management skills, including scoping, scheduling, time management, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations.
- Experience with APIs, SQL, Python, and data engineering best practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
