Location: Laguna Hills, CA 92653
Duration: 6 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.30 – $31.14/hr. on W2
Role Overview:
The Patient Services Representative III-Floater (PSR III) serves as the primary point of contact for patients visiting multiple locations, providing high-quality phlebotomy services. This role ensures safe, skilled, and accurate blood specimen collection while maintaining patient trust and confidence. The PSR III may float between patient service centers, in-office locations, or other sites as business needs dictate.

This role ensures safe, skilled, and accurate blood specimen collection while maintaining patient trust and confidence. The PSR III may float between patient service centers, in-office locations, or other sites as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical and forensic blood specimen collection, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.
- Verify patient demographic information and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
- Maintain records, documentation, and patient data accurately.
- Ensure a safe, professional, and clean work environment.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence.
- Travel to multiple locations as needed with flexible hours and minimal notice.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Education & Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Medical training (Medical Assistant or Paramedic) preferred
- Phlebotomy Certification (Required in CA, NV, WA)
Experience:
- 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections)
- Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Customer service experience in retail or healthcare preferred
- Keyboard/data entry experience required
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible and able to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on established procedures
- Superior customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record required
