Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Morristown, NJ
Job duration: 3+ months of contract (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift: 4x10-hour shifts/week (rotating day off), On-call every 4th weekend (Fri 5 PM – Mon 7 AM) and one weekday on-call (5 PM – 7 AM)

Pay range: $62 - $66/hr. on w2

 Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technician to join a multidisciplinary team supporting advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role requires radiographic licensure and hands-on expertise in vascular and neuro-interventional cases using fluoroscopic imaging.
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist proceduralists during complex vascular and neuro-interventional procedures.
• Scrub in and circulate during procedures, identifying and retrieving complex products.
• Operate floor and ceiling-mounted fluoroscopic equipment and power contrast injectors.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards.
• Manage post-intervention groin care.
• Document in EMR and send imaging to PACS (Sectra).
• Communicate effectively using closed-loop communication.
• Collaborate with nurses, radiologists, and surgeons to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:
Education:

• High School Diploma/GED and associate degree OR
• Completion of an accredited radiographic program

Certifications & Licensure:

• NJ Radiographic Licensure
• Current ARRT (R) Certification
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)

Experience:

• 3–5 years as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist
• Experience in fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environments
