Contract Duration: 6+ months, possible extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
- Support financial and customer service operations by managing invoicing, data integrity, and cross-functional communication across business segments.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare invoices and credit memos accurately and on time
- Maintain and manipulate data structures for financial system integration
- Consolidate and load invoicing data into financial platforms
- Set up billing and time tracking projects
- Prepare shipping invoices and coordinate pick, pack, and shipment of small devices/sensors
- Compile, analyze, and report financial data across departments
- Ensure data integrity in all reporting activities
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and general inquiries
- Secure proper approvals and support audit compliance
- Track contract value changes and perform authorization activities
- Complete month-end closing activities
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
- Relevant academic or vocational qualification
Education:
- High/Secondary school diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as an Invoicing Coordinator
- Background in medical billing or similar financial operations
Top Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data confidently
- Multitasking with high-quality output
- Excellent written and oral communication (direct customer contact required)
- Effective interaction across all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
