Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload
This role provides day to day operational support through ongoing troubleshooting and technical analysis related to the onboarding and provisioning of SPE, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Generation, and EHSQ personnel. The resource ensures all access requests comply with established security, compliance, and access governance requirements.
This person will work closely with Hiring Managers to validate job template accuracy and confirm that provisioning requests are complete and correct to support employee readiness on Day One. Responsibilities include submitting access and provisioning requests, coordinating with IT and cross functional stakeholders, and tracking tasks through completion to ensure timely delivery of technology and system access.
The role supports both new and existing employees by resolving access issues, identifying missing or incorrect roles, and facilitating updates or additions as business needs evolve. Ownership of the team mailbox is required to manage incoming requests, respond to inquiries, prioritize work, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
This position partners closely with IT teams to ensure onboarding technology and system access are delivered efficiently and within required timelines. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Helix/Remedy, and other onboarding and provisioning tools is preferred.
Required Skills/Attributes
The role requires strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to effectively manage daily onboarding and access related activities using email, Microsoft Teams, MS Suites, and other enterprise tools. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with hiring managers, IT teams, and key stakeholders is essential to coordinate requests, provide accurate status updates, and resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner.
Success in this role depends on effective time management, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests concurrently while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. A customer focused approach is critical when supporting new and existing employees with role assignments, access corrections, and overall system readiness. The position also requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and provisioning issues.
