Program Manager to manage modernization effort with multiple PMs, tech leads, and projects.
- The Program Manager will be responsible for planning out a cloud migration roadmap.
- Will be responsible for overseeing a collection of technical debt projects and efforts that make up a program for modernization including desktop upgrades, network upgrades, ACD and PBX upgrades, Net platform upgrades, vulnerability remediation, cloud migration, and *** technical upgrades.
- This position will manage the overall schedule, rollup of resources, and risks and ensure projects are comprehensively achieving their goals. Reports directly to the CIO
