Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: Within 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote

Job Description:
  • Answer 50–70 inbound calls per day
  • Ability to display professionalism and courtesy, including providing accurate information, using proper client scripting, appropriate voice tone and inflection, expressing empathy, and displaying a willingness to assist
  • De-escalate calls, if necessary
  • Field caller complaints and escalate via the request for supervisor process
  • Attendance and on-phone percentages (95% or better)
  • Adherence to all policies and procedures

Culture and Expectations:
  • Casual dress code
  • Site will provide equipment (Laptop, 2 monitors, headset, mouse & keyboard, docking station)
  • Candidate will need to set up a working station from home in a quiet environment
  • Team will communicate remotely via Microsoft Teams and training will be performed via Microsoft Teams

Requirements:
Required Skills:
  • 3–5 years customer service experience within an inbound call center environment

Degree/Certifications:
  • High School graduate (some college preferred)

Top Skills:
  • Communication skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Above average computer skills (Needs to effectively communicate using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook throughout the day due to remote work settings)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • SalesForce.com experience
  • C4S experience
