Duties:
Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst I, BGI manages all projects assigned under the direction and guidance of the manager within their area of responsibility while supporting the initiatives and goals of the Department.
-Reconciles Pre-Bundle data with payor.
-Develop pricing for Bundles for payor.
-Reconciles actual spend with payor Post Bundle period end.
-Involved in the CDM synchronization for the network.
-Assists with Charge Master development and analysis.
-Prepares, monitors and analyzes trends/targets on a monthly basis.
-Analyzes/interprets and models managed care contracts as assigned.
-Responsible for all projects assigned.
-Assists other team members on projects as assigned.
-Ensures compliance with department initiatives and goals.
-Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
-Adheres to the Client's Organizational Competencies and Standards of Behavior.
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
-Three or more years of experience working with managed care contracts and/or a related field.
-Demonstrated knowledge of managed care contract terminology (i.e. CPT codes).
-Effective oral and written communication.
-Collaboration with other team members.
-Prior experience with EPIC.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-N/A
