Role: Onsite/In-Person
Duration: Long-term contract (3 months up to 1+ year)
This role involves working in Accounts Payable (AP) Customer Support. Responsibilities include answering phone calls from vendors, responding to emails, performing verbal verification for adding new vendors, and confirming all banking changes.
Qualifications:
- A data entry numeric typing test is required. Results must be submitted along with candidate submissions.
- Candidates must demonstrate 6000+ KPH with 95% accuracy (minimum requirement: 6,500 KPH; preferred: 7,000+ KPH with 95% accuracy).
- 35 years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience required.
- Ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain focused.
- Customer support experience, along with an AP background, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
