Job Description:
- Planning responsibilities such as monthly forecast and budgeting, they will be partnering with other team members to complete project tasks, requires analytical skills.
- Will be working on a team, should have the ability to partner with other team members and have good communication skills.
- Can be trained as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning function for overhead and development, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long range plans.
- Analyze operating expenses and assist with variance explanations between actuals, budget, and forecasts.
- Maintain and manage master data for development term deals and projects.
- Prepare development reserve reconciliations and related journal entries.
- Contribute to various ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in finance/accounting required.
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Entertainment industry experience highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required; experience in Oracle, Cognos, TM1, SAP, BW Report a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
