Job Title: IBM WebSphere System Administrator
Job Location: Richmond, VA 23219
Job Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

• Deploy scripts and applications.
• Create instructional designs as needed.
• Occasionally work weekends based on project demands.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux connectivity and Linux administration.
• Strong knowledge of Ansible, with a focus on automation and scripting (coding experience preferred).
• Experience with Informatica deployment, Informatica storage & backup, and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with Linux versions 7 & 8, Red Hat Virtualization, and the ability to create Ansible playbooks.

Additional Requirements:

• Technical lead by providing high level support for all Client Bank critical systems and applications with zero or minimal down time.
• Oracle (Solaris) and Redhat Linux Virtualizations,
• IBM WebSphere (versions from 3.X, 4.x, 5.x, 6, x and 8.X) on both Solaris and Linux,
• IBM MQ (versions (from 5.X, 6.X and 9.X) on both Solaris and Linux,
• TREP (Thompson Reuters Enterprise Platform), RMDS (Reuters Markets Data System), DACS, Wombat.
• Refinitiv.
• Storage Provisioning using Client (3PAR) administration.
• OS and Application Monitoring using FogLight and Client patrol.
• Backup using Commvault, Veritas NetBackup (using Symantec appliances).
• Server provisioning using Client Opsware.
• Users and Server access provisioning using CentrifyDC.
• Informatica experience-hands on-installation, what it is/how it runs.
