Process Manager
Job Title: Process Manager/Gen IV Training Contract Support

Role Overview:
The Gen IV Training Contract Support role is focused on designing, optimizing, and implementing operational processes with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and automation. The role will also train and support new hires on Gen IV converting equipment and ensure compliance with production standards. This is a cross-functional role that involves collaboration with engineering, operations, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process & Operational Excellence

Design and prioritize operations roadmaps to improve process efficiency.

Identify opportunities to scale processes or introduce new capabilities.

Lead solution design and implementation with engineers and operations teams.

Use data to guide decision-making and inform strategic improvements.

Investigate and resolve process issues, errors, or escalations.

Support automation efforts to reduce manual work and increase output.

Analyze technology and data models to pinpoint gaps and weaknesses.
Gen IV Training-Specific Responsibilities (Must Have):

Train new hires on operational standards of Gen IV converting equipment.

Guide team members through changeover standards and equipment processes.

Educate on identifying the 7 common types of production defects.

Audit Gen IV equipment for defects and assist in restoring to base condition.

Monitor and report trainee progress throughout onboarding.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram).

Technical aptitude in mechanical or electrical systems.
