Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00 - 5pm cst
9:00 - 6:00 cst
Pay rate : $17 on W2
Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to conduct life insurance medical and financial interviews with applicants through outbound telephone calls on behalf of multiple client companies.
Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants.

Complete interviews or leave detailed messages requesting a return call.

Collect medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories.

Review and verify information during the interview to ensure accuracy and quality.

Document call attempts, record interview details, and log results accurately.

Utilize C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya phone system.

Learn and adhere to specific requirements for each client company.

Respond to clients, staff, and management in a professional and timely manner.

Follow all compliance, confidentiality, and safety policies.

Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Schedule & Training
-
Mandatory 1-week training: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch).

Must successfully complete and pass a mock call and first live call before handling calls independently.

Available shifts:
-
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CT)
-
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CT)

Production-based call center environment with performance metrics.
-
Representatives are expected to remain on calls through the end of their shift, even if a call extends past scheduled hours.

Attendance during training is mandatory and cannot be missed or made up.
