Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Open to fully remote candidates (preferably in Florence, KY / Cincinnati, OH area)
Job Summary
Operates a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format. May also perform daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes and creating/updating spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
- Operate a data entry device to record or verify a variety of standard and/or complex coded or uncoded business and statistical source data into a computer.
- Monitor department email boxes and respond as needed.
- Create and update spreadsheets for internal use.
- Generate queries and reports from appropriate systems as requested.
- Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision, exercising some independent judgment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 25 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Ability to plan and accomplish goals with a degree of creativity and latitude.
- Knowledge of commonly used applications and procedures.
- WPM/KSph/10-key proficiency required.

- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under immediate or general supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
