The Graphic Designer creates visual content for both print and digital platforms, supporting branding, marketing, and product initiatives while ensuring high-quality, consistent design execution.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Visual Design

• Create layouts and designs for logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, and other published materials across print and digital media.

• Design visual content including images, illustrations, and layouts for advertisements, websites, brochures, and other marketing materials.

• Select and arrange artwork, create illustrations, choose color palettes, and influence overall design concepts.

• Conduct press checks and ensure final output meets quality standards.

UI Design & Digital Experience

• Possess intermediate skills in UI design with mid-level knowledge of UI design principles.

• Ensure quality and consistency across UI design deliverables, including:

  • Mockups and clickable prototypes

  • Design systems

  • Assets for development handoff

  • Simple animations and related UI assets

• Interpret and translate brand guidelines into effective digital UI designs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers (UX) on wireframes, design decisions, and handoffs.

• Work with software engineers to ensure smooth asset handoff and facilitate UI reviews of live code.

UI Research & Optimization

• Apply mid-level knowledge of UI research, including competitive analysis, A/B testing, accessibility standards, and usability considerations.

• Support product teams with insights and design improvements based on research findings.

Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including production artists, writers, art directors, creative directors, product designers, and engineers.

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.

Technical Skills Must Have
