Phlebotomist I
Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Coral Springs, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday- Friday & Saturday rotation in Plantation - 6:30am- 11:00am.
Job Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and delivering excellent patient care. This role requires strong communication, phlebotomy skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform phlebotomy (including pediatric/geriatric) and specimen collection

Explain procedures clearly and create a trustworthy patient experience

Prepare samples and maintain accurate documentation

Ensure safety, professionalism, and compliance with all protocols

Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold a positive public image
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Experience:

6+ months phlebotomy experience (required); 1+ year preferred

Customer service background preferred

Strong keyboard/data entry skills
