Job Title: Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)
Location: Naples, FL
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (EST) | Rotational Saturdays 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Duration: 3+ Months Contract

The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is responsible for collecting blood specimens and preparing them for laboratory testing. This role interacts directly with patients, ensuring a safe, professional, and comfortable experience while following established phlebotomy procedures and maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages (pediatric, adult, geriatric).

• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling in the patient’s presence.

• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to standard procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional environment.

• Follow all safety, compliance, and confidentiality guidelines.

• Travel to nearby patient service centers or physician offices if needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred

• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric collections)

• Patient Service Center experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Must have reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license if applicable

• Must live within 20–25 minutes commute of the worksite

• Flexible for schedule changes, overtime, or covering other nearby locations if needed

• Must maintain punctuality and full shift attendance
