Location Available: Portland, ME 04102
Duration: 6 Months+ Contract (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift:

• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

 
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours / 36 hours
 
Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted)
 
Call Requirements: Yes — 2 hours for the oncoming shift
 
Years of Experience: 3+ years
 
Float Requirements:

• As RRT, some NICU/PICU
• Acute care pediatrics and Emergency Department required
• Adult acute and critical care required

 
Education & Certifications Required:

• Required Certifications:
  • BLS (required)
  • ACLS (preferred)
  • NRP (for NICU)
  • RRT (required)

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: Varied depending on daily assignments; cover entire facility with a team of 14–16 RRTs
• Patient Ratios:
  • Acute: 1:25
  • Critical: 1:8
• Equipment:
  • Ventilators: Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line
  • Airvo, Vapotherm
• EMR: EPIC

  • Level 1 trauma experience
