Pay Range:  $90 - $100/hr. on w2


Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM - 5 Days Per Week, 40 Hours Per Week
 
Job Summary:

• We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nursing operations at Client.
• As the CNO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for nursing, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers our nursing staff. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing clinical outcomes, and driving excellence in nursing practice.

• Develop and implement nursing strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals to ensure quality patient care and operational efficiency.
• Lead nursing teams in delivering exceptional care through evidence-based practices and innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize resource allocation and improve patient care delivery systems.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate nursing quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster professional development and mentorship opportunities for nursing staff.
• Drive initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and overall clinical outcomes.
• Advocate for nursing interests within the executive leadership team and organizational decision-making.

• Required: Master’s degree in nursing or a related field.
• Preferred: Doctorate in nursing or health administration.

• Required: Active RN License.
• Required: Relevant Certifications in nursing leadership.
• Required: Primary Source Verification of RN License.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including senior management roles.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and drive change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.

• Experience in multi-facility healthcare systems or academic medical centers.
• History of successful implementation of nursing practice initiatives.
• Active participation in professional nursing organizations and community health initiatives.

• Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience using data analytics to inform clinical decision-making and improve performance.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in healthcare.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
