Job Summary:
Skills Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in similar marketing environment
- Understanding of how media campaigns work
- Familiar with working with agencies, for instance, each campaign will have different flow charts and media buying related to them
- Experience with budget tracking and managing campaign invoicing, and spend with vendors, as they will be providing communication between marketing and the agencies and finance ability to work with several different departments, as well as different levels of team members, able to maintain and build internal relationships
Advanced Excel skills required :
- Will be doing pivot tables, formulas, macros and pivot tables and VlookUp, will provide Excel reports to agencies regarding outstanding invoices detail oriented, and excellent communicator required
Nice to Have:
- BA Marketing degree is nice to have, but not required
- Prior experience with the entertainment/media industry is highly preferred, but not required
- any experience with billing is highly preferred
- SAP experience is desired, but they will be trained
