Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews Supplier Agreements, conducts thorough analysis of defects to determine if they are supplier-caused, and coordinates Supplier Corrective Action Requests to address and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Executes SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Report), DFMAT (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly Technique), SAF (Supplier Approval Form), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Control Plan, SPC (Statistical Process Control), PV&V (Process Validation and Verification), FAI (First Article Inspection), and SICR (Supplier Initiated Change Request).
- Executes, monitors, and controls APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes for existing vendors, in the event remediation of gaps are necessary.
- Ensures Critical to Quality (CtQ) characteristics are clearly communicated to suppliers and rigorously maintained throughout the production process, securing consistent product quality.
- Executes (PSW) Part Submission Warrant plans, deliverables, line releases, and completion, ensuring that all parts meet specified quality standards before they are approved for use.
- Supports supplier improvement and development on APQP, providing guidance and resources to help suppliers enhance their quality processes and achieve compliance.
Minimum required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Science, Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
- No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates Supplier Corrective Action Requests to address and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Executes SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Report) and provides periodic updates to other team members for actions and deadlines.
- Supports supplier improvement and development on APQP including assisting in the implementation of design changes, by using the LifeCycle Management system (Windchill) to route and vault documents demonstrating compliance.
Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations environment (preferred).
