Generation Project Leader

Education and Experience:

• BS degree in Engineering, Business or Construction Management preferred plus at least three (3) years experience managing projects, or managing multi-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Some station and engineering experience preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

• Detailed technical knowledge of large power plant systems and equipment and operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of major power plants and equipment including but not limited to boilers, turbines, generators, pumps, motors, control systems, electrical/instrumentation, and other balance-of-plant systems.

Skills and Competencies:

• Must have good technical and cost management skills.
• Strong communication and integration skills are required.
• Ability to coordinate processes and provide leadership in a team environment.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
