Strategic Project Recruiter

We are seeking a Strategic Project Recruiter who shares our passion to make life better for people around the world. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to play an integral part in shaping future by identifying and attracting diverse talent to the company. This role will be an extremely instrumental part of the sourcing and recruiting efforts for our Manufacturing and Quality organization.

The Strategic Project Recruiter will function as a search and subject matter expert, responsible for working collaboratively to locate and attract diverse, scientific talent to through lead generation, expert sourcing strategies and the ability to research the employment market for a given functional focus.
Other activities include:

• Build and maintain positive relationships within multicultural-based organizations
• Attending relevant career fairs to engage diverse talent, brand and develop new sources within diverse communities both local and national
• Outreach to diversity associations and organizations for active and passive referrals
• Working as a liaison with Employee Resource Groups to improve employee referrals, sourcing, and inclusion of a diverse set of employees in the recruiting process
• Sourcing a diverse pool of candidates using Linked IN, job boards, niche websites, internet searches, CRM system and other passive candidate generation techniques and tools
• Providing and applying labor market intelligence and recruitment trends to improve diversity sourcing
• Incorporating social media to attract diverse talent and brand
• Managing key vendors of sourcing
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sourcing objectives to include leads, contacts, candidates, diversity metrics, hires, etc.
• Using technologies to track all sourcing activity/results and leverage systems to continuously build talent pool
• Presenting metrics to key internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or High school diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of work experience
• 2 or more years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experience
• Previous experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and/or Human Resources Information System (ideally Workday)
• Experience recruiting and sourcing Manufacturing and STEM-based Talent
• Sourcing experience including internet research, search engines, boolean search strings, and data mining
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Client does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

Additional Information:

• Travel as required, approximately 10-25%
