Job Title: Provider Contracting Representative
Job Location: Remote, CT
Job Duration: 3-4 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST; Training Schedule, 8:00am - 3:30pm CST for the 1st week 100% Remote
Payrate: $21.88/ hr on w2

Initial Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Client’s dental network
• Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to Product interest
• Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
• Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to switch projects based on business needs

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Sales Experience is a plus.
• Dental Office Experience is a plus.

• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to focus uninterrupted in a dedicated secure home workspace during scheduled business hours
• Phone Etiquette – Inbound/Outbound calls.

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
