Boulder-Lafayette/Hybrid- 3 days onsite – 2 days wfh
Duration: 10 Months+

Must Have:
10. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task, Skilled in planning, organizing, coordinating projects and working independently

JOB DESCRIPTION
They will need to be located in the Boulder, Colorado area and be on site 3 days a week in the Lafayette office.

1. Project Coordination experience (in the med device field would be preferred but not required)
2. Needs to be organized and have good attention to detail.
3. Must be capability of handling many projects at the same time.

Top 3 Tasks or Responsibilities in Product for this role:

1. Coordination of product labeling which includes gathering inputs, generating and releasing labeling developments plans, redlining labeling, working with design team to ensure labeling changes are made, routing labeling through our PLM systems.
2. Attends project meetings regularly and is accountable for project deliverables.
3. Tracking and managing projects deliverables across various projects at the same time.

More information on job function:
This position is for a MDR labeling coordinator contractor position for our endoscopy and surgical product line in medical surgical. The label coordinator will be working with the MDR project managers to ensure labeling is updated to meet MDR requirements by published build dates. The coordinator will work with our designers to get the labels updated and route the new labels through our PLM system. To do this, the coordinator will create redlines for the designers to work off of and work with reviewers to answer questions they may have on the MDR labeling.
