Title: Credit Processing Specialist III - Credit Administration
Location: This will be a remote position.
Duration: 2+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $20-22/Hr
Shift Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
As a Credit Processing Specialist for Client Financial located in Johnston IA, you will respond to and resolve moderately complex service issues and requests.
In addition, you will:
Enter credit application data
Audit lending documentation for accuracy and completeness before sending to the portfolio. This includes incentive programs, customer information, equipment information, dealer charges, customer payoffs, and signatures, and large credit contracts.
Perform customer support and account maintenance.
Answer questions and handle requests from dealers, customers, and internal staff.
Prepare modification form documentation to notify the dealer and the customer of any changes made to the original contract.
REQUIRED:
Experience working in customer service or financial services environment
Effective written and verbal communications skills, strong attention to detail, excellent telephone skills, and service quality
Demonstrated ability to multi-task with multiple products, systems, and processes
Proven ability to build strong working relationships and focus on the needs of the customer and dealer
Skilled independent decision making and the ability to make decisions despite limited information
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment, positively deal with changes, and demonstrate high personal work standards
PREFERRED:
Product/market specific processing experience
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Bachelor's degree in a Financial/Business/Management discipline
Contingent workers will not be driving a Client vehicle while on assignment at Client.
Client Financial is considered a financial institution. If your candidate is made an offer, during the onboarding process you will be required to review your applicant's history to ensure that they have no offenses that would preclude them from working in a financial institution
