Project Manager II
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Work from Home.
Duration: 6 Months
Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of one complex project or multiple IT/business-sponsored projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the project.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage, direct, and plan one complex project or multiple less complex projects.

Develop and maintain key project governance documents, including Project Charter, Workplan, Communications Plan, and Risk Mitigation Strategy.

Track and manage project budgets; provide accurate and timely reporting on project costs.

Proactively evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, implement corrective actions, and monitor issue resolution to mitigate risks such as Product, schedule, or budget variances.

Monitor and report both tangible and intangible project benefits.

Conduct end-of-project performance reviews for both teams and individuals.

Facilitate meetings effectively, document meeting minutes, and prepare clear summaries.

Develop professional presentations and reports (e.g., PowerPoint, status updates).
Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering IT or business projects successfully.

Skilled in meeting facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and presentation tools.
Education & Certifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
