Cybersecurity Project Manager

We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to support Cybersecurity and Infrastructure projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive project execution, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely delivery in a structured, process-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple IT/Cybersecurity initiatives (35 projects simultaneously)
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Maintain and manage project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, and decision logs
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively develop mitigation plans and escalate when needed
• Facilitate meetings, including agenda setting, discussion management, and capturing action items
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Support PMO processes, tools, and reporting requirements
• Prepare and manage weekly project and financial reports (training will be provided)

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (4+ years in IT or Healthcare environment)
• 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or related roles
• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure projects
• Strong experience with project documentation and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience working in structured PMO environments
• Familiarity with RAID logs, risk management, and project governance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), PPM tools, SharePoint, or Visio
• Background in Business Analysis is a plus
• PMP / CAPM / PMI-PBA certifications are a plus (not required)
