We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, HR People Analytics, to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, with deep expertise in Workday, Power BI, and data management/analysis. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to our HR team.

This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR People Analytics function, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Utilize Workday to manage and analyse HR data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on data analytics tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR analytics, with a strong focus on Workday and Power BI.
- Expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
