Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Houston, TX 77038
Duration: 12 Months+ with possible extension (contract to hire based on performance)
Shift: Different Shifts (40hrs a week)
Position overview:
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).

Position overview:
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support.
- Provide liaison support between customers.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Perform returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMAs.
- Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation.
- Receive product orders and process shipment.
- Provide international customer service at times, and in such events, work a flexible schedule.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
- Build Quality in all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent
- 0 – 1 Year of experience
- Typing Skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be professional and show a strong work ethic.
